Dave photographed our wedding in at the Rock Hotel in Elland. He and his partner did a fantastic job on the day, organising everyone for some magical shots. And we were not disappointed with the results. Dave produced a stunning album and photos for the family and his use of digital tools to enhance what he had captured on the day was superb. Our wedding at The Priests House  was captured perfectly by Dave Cropper Photography. He was professional throughout and came to us with his albums to show us his work beforehand. The storybooks are fantastic value and put together very well. On the day Dave arrived in plenty of time and had been to the venue previously to become familiar with the surroundings. He stayed into the evening and captured some fantastic natural shots. Dave has a natural creative side and everyone who has seen our album comments on the subtle background designs that bring the whole book to life. Some friends of ours have arranged for Dave to picture their wedding as they were impressed with what they had seen. Nothing was too much trouble. Our storybook was delivered promptly and we ordered some small books for family which were also delivered to us promptly by hand from Dave. When we asked Dave to be our wedding photographer we asked him to take a number of posed photographs with all the necessary family groups, and then gave him free reign to photograph anybody doing anything - with the brief to get some reportage style/informal shots of the group and of us (mainly because neither of us feel comfortable in front of the camera). This meant that we weren't worried about having to pose for many photographs and made us much more relaxed. We thoroughly enjoyed our whole day, and when our album arrived we could see that Dave had produced a magical record that reflected the day from start to finish. The album contained some very discreet but beautiful editing which made our album completely bespoke. He used pictures of guests, invites and flower displays in the backgrounds and every time we look at the album we notice something else! I cannot recommend Dave highly enough. He took our wedding photographs for our ceremony at The Priest's House, Nr Skipton - his knowledge of the location made the experience that much better.
He sent us an abundance of photos from which to choose for our album and we wanted every single one. His artistic vision is simplistic yet stunning, and not at all pretentious. He wandered unobtrusively amongst the guests and took some fabulous candid shots; equally the formal shots were genuine and brought out the best in everybody. Dave is a remarkable photographer, he took the photos for my sons wedding. Dave is a very friendly person who puts people at ease. His selection showed a wide variety of shots and the aftercare work done to make the pictures unique and artistic.
